Summary
It has been a year since No Mans Land. Gotham is now Neo-Gotham. It has been ten years since the Bertinelli massacre, and Helena Bertinelli has returned to Gotham after quitting Spyral. She is taking in the changes to her home city and hoping to find some trouble when her feet take her to the Stock Pot. She meets a man named Jason Todd, who is also looking for some trouble. Unfortunately, they find it. However, it's not the kind they were hoping for.
After a night of passion, they decide to work together to achieve their goals Helena's Revenge for her family Jason's to control all crime in Gotham. They also buy a lovely Brownstone that needs a bit of fixing up together. As they prepare to bring Gotham's crime to its knees, they learn their the first night of passion resulted in Helena becoming pregnant, and their plans change. This was not the kind of trouble they were looking for, but they are happy to be in it. Now they just need to mess with the Batfamily, let Jason's family know he is alive, get married, remodel their Brownstone, kill the Joker, raise their child, get a cat, and work with the batfamily. Not nessasarly in that order. -

It has been five months since the Riddler's rain of terror, Bruce Wayne has taken over Wayne Enterprises in the wake of Alfred's hospitalization, and has canceled renewal in light of its corruption by Falcone to be replaced by the Martha Wayne Foundation. Now that spring is on the way Bruce plans to start rebuilding the sea wall. However Gotham has no viable concrete due to the flooding, so Bruce needs to head to Blüdhaven to arrange to get a shipment.
It has been five months since Selina kyle moved to Blüdhaven after catching hero mono from Vengence, she has Left the Cat behind to begin protecting Haven as Catwoman. however, she misses Gotham and hates that Viki Vale gave her the name Nightwing and misses Vengence.
The pair have a chance encounter outside Marv & George’s Pizza In Blüdhaven and Bruce asks her to Head the Martha Wayne Foundation and they end up getting together. Selina helps guide Bruce to become a public Philanthrapist instead of a recluse. Then there's the boy that stole the tires of Bruce's car when he was leaving flowers in Crime Alley. However Gothams crazy starts coming out of the woodwork. Who will be herose and who will be Rouges.
