So this series started from a wonderful prompt provided by PJ1228 during the 2016 FKFicFest, and was an alternative story to the one I actually submitted. Then this story just continued to grow and turned into this series. Within each story, there will be art (usually in the form of a painting) and various myths, hence the title of the series.
