Everyone’s going to think they had sex in the elevator.
His colleagues are never going to shut up about this. Han will be smirking, and Leia will make sly jokes and Bodhi—Bodhi will be the worse because he knows the whole story, apparently.

Eight years after Jyn walks out of Cassian's life, they meet again in an elevator. Cassian can handle the thirty seconds, maybe a minute, until they get to the ground floor. If he closes his eyes tight enough, he can pretend she's not even there.
So, of course, the elevator has to break down.
