Summary
Okay, in the cold light of day, Buck can now admit that he is totally and completely in love with Eddie. The gross, sappy, want-to-write-a-million-soft-ballads kind of love. Eddie is the first person he thinks about when he opens his eyes in the morning; when he falls asleep at night, it’s usually to thoughts of Eddie and Chris, the two most important people in the world to him other than his sister and Jee-Yun.
Not for the first time, Buck wishes he had the guts to confess his feelings to Eddie and get it over with. Instead, he’s trapped Eddie in this weird dog adoption farce, and he doesn’t know how he’s going to get out of it with his heart intact.
[or Buck adopts a dog with the Diazes, and they live happily ever after.]

Summary
It’s the first time anybody has said aloud that they’re not expecting Buck home tonight. It’s the first time anybody has even suggested that it could be days, even weeks before they see him again. If this were anyone other than Chimney, Eddie would be tempted to hit them, start some kind of fight for even insinuating that this isn’t going to be cut-and-dry. But he knows Chim too well — the man knows to hope for the best and prepare for the worst, and he’s no stranger to losing a brother.
or, Buck goes missing without a trace. All that's left behind is his abandoned phone, signs of a struggle, and everybody that cares about him.

Summary
“You still have time to back out,” Buck murmurs as he trails kisses up Eddie’s neck, grinning against shower-warm skin when he feels his husband shiver. “You could stay in your sweats, order take-out-”
“Or I can get dressed in my fancy suit and go support my husband,” Eddie says as he twists in Buck’s arms. “We’ve already pulled it out and steamed it and everything. I’ve even agreed to one sappy Instagram post, two if you win.” He didn’t bother mentioning that he had no lingering aches from PT, their original deal, instead pulling Buck close to kiss him. “And anyway take-out’s not nearly as good when you aren’t here arguing for Thai.”
It’s the sheer affection dripping through Eddie’s voice that makes Buck melt, because there’s something about the fact that Eddie’s favorite thing about getting take-out is their never-ending argument over what to get (it’s Buck’s favorite part too, maybe second only to Chris getting annoyed with them and deciding for them). “Take-out’s not quite the same without you, too,” he says. “And honestly, neither are the shows. Or the premieres. Or anything I can drag you to in a tux.”
AKA the one where Buck takes Eddie to an awards show post-shooting.

Summary
For the bingo square: blood play
"Buck? You in there?"
Eddie walks in cautiously, mindful of the danger that could be waiting inside but unwilling to just call in the cops and wait until they show up. So he sidesteps the tipped over dining chairs, avoids the shards of glass scattered on the floor, and moves deeper into the apartment, checking in the bathroom and behind the kitchen island before peeking into the living room. When he finds nothing downstairs, he makes his way up to the loft, back pressed against the wall as he moves.
No sign of Buck upstairs, either.
With his heart beating wildly, Eddie reaches for his radio.
"Cap, we have a problem."
