    Summary

Her neighbour was someone to fight with, have fun with, and provided all the things she could ever want.

Growing up changed that. Sometimes, Lumine wished she’d been born a few years earlier.

    Summary

Childe's story quest left me feeling some kind of way. I decided to write what might happen if Lumine took him up on the offer to come to visit him in Snezhnaya for a rematch and to meet his family. I have a second chapter planned. If the brainworms have their way, there may be more.

    Excerpt:
Lumine rolled her eyes and took a slow breath through her nose. Though she no longer had murder on her mind, she still wasn’t going to let him get the upper hand. Whatever was to happen, she would be handling it with the utmost grace, she thought, smoothing out her dress. He was not going to get to her.

In her irritated introspection, she’d hardly noticed that the carriage had rolled to a smooth stop. Without a word, the driver got out, letting in a rush of air so cold that it stung Lumine’s throat. She was still trying to suppress an impending cough when the door next to her opened. Between the cold and the glare of light reflecting on snow, she could barely see the gloved hand proffered to her. Not one to break protocol, she slipped her fingers into his and let the driver help her to her feet...

    “You actually came! Fantastic!”

...only to find herself looking up into familiar blue eyes.

    Summary

Ekaterina never envisioned she’d be working for the Fatui for as long as she served. She’s seen how ruthless the organization could be, countless plans of strategically-placed guerilla and tactless warfare to be waged against other countries lie hidden among the buildings amidst the shady characters lurking about in their ranks.

Yet in all her years working under him, never would she believe that Childe and soft would ever belong to the same sentence, gazing fondly at the scene unfolding right in the middle of the bank as Teucer pulled Lumine into one last hug.

It was at the moment she knew, her boss had fallen head over heels for the Fatui's number one enemy.

And it falls on her to set things straight.

    Summary

“Oh-hoh, Girlie,” Tartaglia barked, tossing his head back in a dry laugh. Though Lumine had let him go, he redoubled his efforts to keep her anchored to him. “You and I both know you’re not that naive. It’s not ‘just’ jewelry.”

“Watch it, I don’t like your tone right now.” She frowned at him, brows knitted and eyes narrowed. As Lumine told him, a Fatui Harbinger, to watch his tone, Tartaglia’s lips curled into a droll smile — though his amused expression was quick to fall. “Don’t you condescend me again. What’s the big deal?”

...So she was actually serious? Tartaglia remained displeased, but if really she needed him to spell it out for her—

He flicked the vile earring with a resentful scowl. “Obviously, I don’t want you wearing another man’s tacky accessories.”
