It is the year 2049. A trifecta of discoveries have changed the world into one only previously dreamed of as science fiction. Mobile suits have become the backbone of the military, and their use has become so prevalent that a war game developed for training pilots - Windshear - now draws more viewers than any other sport in the world.
Due to a family tragedy, Seiji Maki, a twenty-year old aspiring pilot from New York, transfers to the Isokaze Institute of Armored Combat Engineering, otherwise known as ACE Academy. This is a story about an underdog; a story about a boy meeting a girl.
This is a story about fulfilling a dream to capture the endless sky.
So how should a just-engaged couple spend a night in the city that never sleeps? Broadway show? Jazz club? Late-night gourmet dinner?
...or fancy private hotel suite and luxe shower, with well-engineered soundproof walls?
Spoiler alert: They bang.
- Part 4 of Persona 5: Going the Distance AU
“You’ve worked hard for this, kid. You’re one the best boxers I’ve ever trained… I love you like a son. But this fight isn’t going to be about the strength or speed of your hands. It’s going to be about your heart. You know what a champion is, kid?
It’s someone who fought one more round. It’s someone who got up when they couldn’t.”
-Coach Shinji Takeda
Ren Amamiya is the former leader of the Phantom Thieves, the group that took back humanity’s future and defeated the God of Control. Now, with his high school life behind him, the one-time Trickster needs to juggle his relationship with Ann, his education, family, and his ambition - to become the best boxer he can be, and to claim the title of ‘Champion’.
Takes place in the Going the Distance AU after the epilogue (‘Going the Distance: Extra Rounds’) and before the oneshot ‘Love You Forever’
- Part 7 of Persona 5: Going the Distance AU
There are no such things as extra rounds in boxing. If a match ‘goes the distance’, the decision is up to the judges. That said, when... ...No. Sorry. I can't even. In no world is there such a thing as overtime or extra rounds in boxing. No mysterious boxing related foreshadowing to start these chapters anymore. Deal with it.
Going the Distance: Extra Rounds. A fluff filled epilogue for people who want to know more about what happened in the intervening time between the drive to Kamakura to the appearance of Karin Nakazawa and Seiji Amamiya in their first year at Shujin Academy. Key difference between this and GtD is that GtD: XR is definitely even more light-hearted. If you want heavier drama, or if you want things to be more 'grounded in reality' (IE, you take issue with a grown man greeting his son with a german suplex), I advise you stop reading right now and stick with the sparkly-sweet ending of GtD.
Expect shameless fluff, occasional smut, slapstick humor, and yet more boxing.
Highly recommended you read P5: GtD first, otherwise a lot of this won't make sense.

Peace has finally returned to Erebonia; Class VII is returning to some semblance of normalcy. But 'normal' for Rean Schwarzer and Alisa Reinford means busy. Rean is preparing to return to work as an instructor at Thors' Branch Campus; Alisa's role in the Reinford Group is only expanding as the company helps a war-torn country rebuild.
How the heck is a guy supposed to find the time to pop the question?
A post CS IV fluff story. Not really any 'real' CS IV spoilers. Written under the assumption that everything works out okay and everyone's happy and Rean gets to finally stop suffering (please Falcom, my heart can't take any more).
This AU is centered around Persona 5: Going the Distance, a 44 chapter re-telling of Persona 5 in which our protagonist, Ren Amamiya, is an amateur boxer in Kamakura before sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and daring to get in the way of Masayoshi Shido.
Key points/canon deviations:
-Ren Amamiya is a lightweight-class boxer at the start of GtD
-Several OCs are involved, primarily people from his life in Kamakura
-Most canon deviations during the P5 story proper are aimed at either explaining what happens during the canon story better, giving better rationale, or smoothing things out for better flow to the story/characterization.
-Expect bad puns, thinly veiled references, and a weird mix of sports manga/battle manga/sparkly shojou goodness.

"Let the Trickster inhabit the darker side of life, while we use that force, through his stories, to bring us to the good side of life. Let us have balance by leaving evil in the realm of the gods and keeping good in the realm of humanity."
On the Psychology of the Trickster-figure (1956)
He wasn’t supposed to get that email...
Subject: My Boss
Did I ever tell you how much I hate my boss today?
He definitely wasn’t supposed to get it...
As angry and frustrated as she was, she definitely did not intend to send it to him.
She really didn't.
Now... she was screwed. Really screwed. Royally screwed. Screwed beyond a doubt.
A series of ShuAnn/RenxAnn oneshots (along with some side stories). Updates will be random; just whenever I am able to write and whenever I have a good idea for a story in my head.
This series will contain strong language and will eventually contain sex in future chapters. Characters are 16/17, so that is why there is the Underage tag.
Some chapters, however, will be perfectly G rated. That is why I’ve decided to go ahead and rate the entire fic Explicit, but individually rate each chapter. Please keep this in mind when reading.
Note: The characters list is just the main two characters. Other characters will make appearances, I just don’t feel like listing them all.
