Then that little boy arrived, took your hand and looked up at you like you made the sun rise in the East and I saw it. I saw you already needed him. He lit something in you I hadn’t seen before. He made you happy, allowed you to be more of yourself. When Kon Diao was here you could forget sometimes, be a kid like everyone else. I know what I raised you to be, Yi, because it was what you had to be. But Kon Diao made me understand that there isn’t just one way to do something.
