In this society that they created together after the Great War there was small facility that did experimented on mutants and humans to see how they work and tick for they could create the "perfect being" But our story doesn't deal with that.. Solely.. Our story deals with a young adult named Arcadia and how she must deal with mutant abilites.. And how it's up to her and a ragtag group to save the city her deceased mother, her unknown father and their generation created for her and her generation.
