Loki had scratched the skin bloody in the darkest hours of his cell, determined to rip the falsehood from his body. To carve away at the words that had teased at him for centuries.
After all, surely you needed a soul to have a soul mate?
Loki didn’t fall after the events of Puente Argente, instead he awaits his fate in an Asgardian jail cell. A fate that might just lead him to everything he has ever wanted. A crown, a kingdom, a queen. That is if he can recognise her for what she’s worth, and she can forgive him for being a complete and total douche bag.
They may be written into each other’s skin, but that doesn’t mean they’re happy about it.

Maybe it was the please that did it but Jane finally met her gaze, worrying at her lip for a split second before she blurted out, “you ate a magic apple and now you’re some kind of immortal.”
“I’m a…” Darcy blinked twice, swallowed once and shook her head, “nope, okay, rewind. What?”
Darcy Lewis learned nothing from fairytales.
After eating an honest to god(dess) magic apple she finds herself the unwilling heiress of the powers of Eris, Goddess of Chaos. Stuck on Asgard as she struggles for control, things go from ‘weird’ to ‘oh hell no’ when she’s thrown together with Mr Tall, Dark, and Murderous himself. She wants nothing to do with Loki, no matter what Thor’s mom says about things not always being what they seem, but she might not have a choice. With her control wavering and her powers threatening to go nova she comes to realise he might just be the one person alive who can help her, whether she likes it or not.
((Slow burn Tasertricks set after the first Avengers and going blissfully off canon after that point, because it’s apparently still 2012 in my head.)
Darcy always thought that soulmate bonds were a gigantic load of garbage, until fate drops an injured trickster God in her lap. Now they have seven days to decide whether this bond will make them or break them.

There came a point when breaking Loki out of prison, to assist in the fight against some evil or another, was occurring so regularly that the Allfather decided to alter Loki’s sentence from “life in prison” to “community service”. It was either that or install a revolving door. Loki was forced to wear a magical bracelet (or “shackle”, as Loki would whine) which not only limited his access to his powers when he wasn’t on a battlefield, but also bind him, to a radius of ten yards, to his parole office, Thor.
Occasionally Thor (and Jane) needed a break from his brooding brother. Enter Darcy Lewis.

Upon Darcy's return to the U.S. after encountering evil space-elves in London, and after her recent break-up with Ian, she receives her first mission as an official S.H.I.E.L.D. agent ... teaching a god how to blend in better (absolutely no horns), or he might find himself in very big trouble.
Basically, if Darcy got her own movie, and I got to write it ... this is what it would be.
Events set post-Thor: TDW and during CA: TWS. #tasertricks
