Summary
Last New Year’s Eve, things in Bellamy Blake’s orbit got all mixed up, especially where Clarke Griffin is concerned. So this year, he’s made a resolution to straighten it all out. Problem is, Clarke may have made a resolution of her own. And maybe those resolutions don’t exactly jibe. The story begins on one New Year’s Eve and ends on the next. Most of it is told from Bellamy’s POV, until the very end, when we finally hear from Clarke.

Clarke Griffin and Bellamy Blake don’t like each other. Not one bit. And each of them is pretty damn sure that the other is worse at relationships. But since it can’t be proven either way, one Halloween night Murphy proposes a contest to see which is the better girlfriend/boyfriend. And to make it absolutely FAIR, they’ll have to show their best girlfriend/boyfriend moves... to each other. The winner to be declared at Christmas.
So Clarke figures... what the heck? It’s only for two months. What can possibly happen in two months? And she really wants to win.
A variation on the Fake Relationship. The whole story takes place between Halloween and Christmas and is told entirely from Clarke’s point of view.

Summary
Clarke really hates LA. She always has. But her long-distance boyfriend, Finn, lives there for work so she puts up with it. One day, she decides to surprise him and fly in. Only when she shows up at his door and lets herself in, he is very much not alone. Her solution? Drown her sorrows at the bar of the closest hotel to the airport.
As is were, Bellamy has had the same idea. He just helped get his sister moved in with her fiancé, more than a thousand miles from home. When a gorgeous and clearly angry Clarke takes a seat near him, the only other person at the bar, he can’t help himself from talking to her.
One thing leads to another. They wind up back in his room and having a great night. The next morning, his bathroom mirror says thanks in the blood-red lipstick she had left on his lips the night before.
And that’s obviously the end of their story, right?

Summary

The second being that Bellamy's girlfriend was actually his boyfriend...who dumped him a month ago. He's lucky Clarke is a good friend and agrees to play his girlfriend for the holidays.

Summary

When her cousin Josephine announces that she’s getting married, Clarke’s best friend Octavia decides that Clarke needs a fake date to the wedding. Enter Bellamy, Octavia’s older brother. The problem? Clarke and Bellamy can’t stand each other.
Or, Bellamy goes as Clarke’s date to her cousin’s wedding. Everything goes completely according to plan.
