    Summary

The Palach is a hitman with a reputation of being emotionless and efficient. All the syndicate families only use his services when they want to off one of their own and make it look like someone else ordered the deal. The Palach is a ruthless killer, but he does have one rule: no women and no children. Looking way younger than his age saves Yuri Plisetsky from being slaughtered alongside six Nikiforov men, but afterwards nothing is the same. He finds himself on an escape journey through the underworld after he finds out that he was the intended target of the hit, and that someone is determined to finish the job.

There is no one Yuri can turn to for help, aside from a happily smiling Thai syndicate boss who owes him one and the anonymous hitman who held him at gunpoint. The Palach knows who ordered the hit, so Yuri intends to find him, squeeze the information out of him and have his revenge. Somehow.

    Summary

Yuri Plisetsky glares at him with all the righteousness five year olds possess, and says in heavily accented and clumsy English. “Be more gooder, stupid!”

And then he storms out in a sweep of blond hair and blue and red lights from his Sketchers.

(Or: in which Yuri Plisetsky is Victor Nikiforov's bratty five-year-old and nothing is the same.)

    Summary

Yuuri wakes up in Victor’s room the night after the Sochi Grand Prix Final banquet. Did they sleep together? No. Instead, last night, Drunk Yuuri taunted Victor that he hadn’t earned the right to get in his pants…and spelled out exactly what Victor would have to do to get there.

Now, Victor intends to do everything on that list…

    ~

“The conversation,” Victor says, “went something like this. You said I wasn’t getting in your pants that easily.”

Victor says this in a normal tone of voice. Anyone could hear him. Yuuri looks around, but if anyone is paying attention, they’re pretending not to.

“Naturally, I asked what I would have to do to get in your pants.”

“Ah.” Yuuri blushes. “How embarrassing. What do you mean, naturally? Why would you ask that?”

Victor tilts his head. “Because I want to get in your pants. I thought that much was obvious by now.”

    ~

Note: Yuuri is not in a great headspace post Sochi Grand Final, and this fic necesssarily touches on mental health issues so please check the tags.

    Summary

The only type of dating geologists are good at is radioactive carbon-dating. The rest goes completely over their heads.

(Viktor and Yuuri are geology professors leading a field course in Western Australia. Chaos ensues.)

Alfred shifts awkwardly. Looks at Viktor and Yuuri, and asks, “So, uh. Are you guys dating?”

Yuuri greatly misunderstands, and Viktor panics.

Of course we are, Yuuri says. Rather critically, he thinks to himself: why else would he be here, in the scorching, godforsaken heat, surrounded by a hundred kilos of rock, if not for the purpose of radiometric dating?
