Jack Frost had given up hope on ever having kids of his own. Then the Man in the Moon gave him five huge eggs. Jack's about to get the family he always wanted, and Bunny's gonna have to come along for the ride. Turns out, he's not the last Pooka after all.
Who knew Pooka laid eggs?
(Or: Jack's completely enraptured by his eggies, Bunny comes to a decision, babies are hatched, and Manny probably ships Jackrabbit in secret.)

“You filthy beast! Get away from him!” his Master ordered. But he would not obey, not this time. He merely snarled at his Master, clutching protectively at cool fabric covering cooler skin. Pale skin, wasn’t it? He had a vague memory that danced just out of reach of what the one who was his looked like. Not that he could see beyond the blackness of his blind eyes.
- Part 1 of Darkness
After the events in the movie, North decides to act as mediator and force Jack and Bunny to figure out why their former relationship ended. Jack and Bunny wish he wouldn't.
Aster met Jack in a dream in 1968. Since then, he's seen the boy every year on Easter in his sleep. He wishes that Jack were real, and not just a figment of his imagination and a creation of his loneliness.
But that would be impossible, because Jack Frost wasn't real...was he?
