Summary
Fantasy AU:
Of all the terrible creatures that lurked in the forest, none were more hated or feared than the naga, a man eating hybrid of man and snake. Naga slayers hunted them, bent on exterminating them once and for all, and children were warned never to go into the forest alone lest the fall prey to the naga.
One boy, Sora, failed to listen and managed to form the unlikeliest of friendships. Sora and a young naga named Riku have always been inseparable, but their people are divided by history of bloodshed and they are, by nature, enemies.
As tensions rise it seems their friendship is doomed and the life of another boy, Roxas, hangs in the balance. Taken prisoner as a boy, Roxas has come to see the naga tribe as home, even falling in love with his captor, Axel, but with humans and naga once again on the brink of war a naga's den is no place for a human.
Follow the story of two unlikely pairs of lovers, human and naga, as the world threatens to tear them apart. Can friendship and love overcome the forces of hatred and the very laws of nature or is the lamb that lays down with the lion truly lost?
