Alone. Yes, that's the key word, the most awful word in the English tongue. Murder doesn't hold a candle to it and hell is only a poor synonym.
    - Stephen King

After four months with no contact between him and Mr. Stark, Peter finally comes to a conclusion he should have come to much, much earlier.
Basically, I'm very upset as to how Peter was treated by Happy and Tony in the beginning of the movie.

    Summary

The man looked too comfortable to be here against his will. He was slouched slightly in his chair with his arm loosely hung on the edge of the chair. He sat there as if he owned the place. Although, he is a billionaire and he could probably buy whatever place this was, but then again, getting captured and brought to your own building didn't sound like a very 'Tony Stark' like thing to happen. Peter also noticed the lack of restraints, chair and bruising which Peter had somehow acquired which was all very strong evidence to support that he was not kidnapped. So Peter was confused as to why there was clearly no rescue mission happening right now.

    or
Spider-man is called into an interrogation room and somehow manages to befriend his interrogators who happen to be the Avengers. Fury is furious while Peter is just confused.

    Summary

No one's surprised when Pepper suggests an alternative to the Sokovian accords before the councilman can even propose the idea. It’s Pepper after all. Of course, she waits until the councilman leaves before dropping the real bomb. The public needs to see a deliberate, personal movement. They need to see the lives of the Avengers be affected by the losses they leave.
When Peter Parker gets a call from his social worker, he just knows he's being kicked out of yet another foster home. When he burst into her office to see the Avengers waiting to adopt him, he’s sure that it was their way of inviting Spiderman to join the team. Luckily the Avenger’s like to discuss vigilantes over breakfast. A small tingle of non-spidey-sense-related nerves flutter in his stomach when Tony complains about the lack of cameras in Queens, but it isn’t until the heroes start suggesting possible people or personalities for the man behind the spider mask that he realizes he has no clue what’s going on.

    Summary

Tony never enjoyed venturing out into the real life world, mainly because he preferred his own time fixing up old machines and creating new inventions. It was Steve’s infamous “Good and Bad” speech that got him out of the house.

Peter left home to protect himself from Child Protection Services. Although he disagrees with the many sins people commit to, such as drugs and thievery, he can’t help but realise that sometimes you have to take risks into your own hands in order to survive.

    Or-

Peter became homeless not long after he turned into Spiderman. When one runs the loss of money, he has no choice but to participate into the world of pickpocketing.

    And finally, he is caught.

    Summary

Peter is starting his freshman year at Columbia University. Like any other totally normal college student, he has totally normal things to worry about. Like getting to his 8 a.m. chemistry course on time. And finding people to sit with in the dining hall.

    And meeting his new roommate.

Does having an incredibly powerful alien god and also (ex?) super-villain for a roommate make it easier or harder to keep being a teenage superhero? Peter’s only inquiring on a purely hypothetical basis, of course. Because he’s a totally normal college student.

    Totally. Normal.
