As a huge Secret Garden fan (both the movie and the book) I knew this fic was going to be for me. Plus, it had all the things I look for in a fic: nice slow build (oh my god it was magnificent), Sherlock being a prat to anyone that isn't John, gorgeous backstory, phenomenal setting, secret doors and hidden gardens. YES. Plus, it was rated E, which for me is a must in a fic this long. I want to see them take that last step after such a long slow build. And it hit me in all the right spots. This last chapter, particularly, I loved. Yes, there was the sex (and it was delicious!) but I long for the intimacy and the moments that only they share. This fic will be a re-read for sure.

Summary
The Holmes family is one of the richest and most powerful in England. Sherlock spends his time flying around the world on the family's private jet drinking a lot and shopping at expensive boutiques as a way of trying to alleviate his endless boredom. His mother decides it's time he settles down with someone powerful, wealthy and well connected. John Watson happens to be none of those things.

Sherlock is one of the richest men in the world and John is struggling to make ends meet. Loved this. Hilarious, heartwarming and the arcs of both characters (specially Sherlock’s) was amazing!
