Summary
Of all the disgusting, putrid virus-ridden wire-addled Cyber City garbage to ever waltz into his studio, Spamton G. Spamton was the worst option Tenna could ever think of.
But there he was, after years off the grid and presumably a stone facade somewhere. Parading around tales of his cons like he owned the damn place. The news host couldn't stand his presence. His ad-filled voice, whatever he's smoking that smells so vile, the sheer amount of indulgence in the Pippin's gambling, and the fact that the conman has a talent for stressing the CRT to his absolute limit.
He was used to running the studio, but not the writing room, dressing department, legal office, and set building at the same time. That puppet was even distracting Mike (yes, all three of them)!
It was enough to fully exhaust a guy!In short, Spamton stresses his favorite TV into blowing a fuse.

Summary
“Things might suck right now, but you’re going to be okay in the end I promise.” This voice didn’t come from behind or above him, or anywhere he would have expected to hear a voice.
It wasn’t even inside his head like Mike used to be, instead it felt as though it was emanating from his very own heart and soul.
“Don’t be afraid, I’m not like Mike.” Those words did little to bring him comfort, instead only bringing him a deeper sense of panic as he followed the single red wire down to his chest.“WHAT THE [&!@%] ARE YOU!?”

Following Spamton's failed ascension and a fight with the heroes of Prophecy, Spamton discovers that he's traded one set of strings for another when Kris does as he requested and gives him (a piece of) their Soul.
They say they want to help him be free and get the happy ending they deserve, but who knows. He's been burned by disembodied voices before.

Summary
The road to recovery is a long process filled with hiccups and bumps. One day, Tenna finds Spamton completely shut down and unresponsive from the stress of his trauma and decides to take it upon himself to help him feel better.
