Despite everything, Lily and James Potter did not regret any part of their lives. For everything they ever did was for their precious baby boy. Their Harry deserved to have all the laughter and love he could want, he deserved a peaceful and joyful life in a world worth living in.
The Potters died for this, for their son who they held more dearly than anything else in their lives. They left this world trying to protect their son and the life they wanted for him. Now it's up to their friends and family to continue the worthy battle they they had set out on together.

McGonagall pursed her lips.
