Summary
A long multi-chapter story about male rape. How does one get through the trauma? Is it possible? Can even a strong man stand up again? Tim-centered, but a lot of the team as well.

Summary
This is the ninth story in my CIA series. After the eighth story, I knew I wanted to write another part to this series. I knew that another story was needed, but I wasn't sure I could come up with the right one. However, I came up with a story that has burgeoned to be one of my longest stories which is saying something. I hope that you enjoy it.
This story starts up about 3 years after CIA VIII and Tim is still struggling to regain his life. He is trying and everyone is trying to help him, but it seems to be an insurmountable obstacle.

Summary
This is a Tim-centered series (still heavily featuring the team as well) that broke off from the show in season 5 and follows a very different track as Tim is dragged into the world of covert ops but tries to keep his life as close to normal as possible. How successful he is varies from story to story and he has numerous psychological and physical ups and downs. This is an AU story that began early in the series and early in my fanfic writing. Thus, Jenny remains the director (no convenient-death-itis). Ziva never leaves. Tony never leaves. Ellie shows up later on but only as a side character.
Warning: Some stories in this series do deal with very serious themes and torture (both physical and psychological) is a recurring one. There are no easy recoveries, no reset buttons. Be prepared to follow along a very different track.
