    Summary

Crowley crosses over to open the passenger door for Aziraphale, and Aziraphale’s attention is drawn to Crowley’s uneven gait, the light, too-quick steps and the rocking back and forth on his heels as he holds the door open and waits for Aziraphale to get in.

“Oh, Crowley,” Aziraphale says, heart sinking, “your feet.”

    Summary

“Who would win: Aziraphale or Crowley.”

“Oh!” Aziraphale startles. “Well—such a question. It’s not as though either of us has engaged in so much as fisticuffs in ages, and one does need to keep up practice with these sorts of things.” His fretting dies abruptly when Crowley cuts over him clearly, baldly: “Aziraphale.”

Aziraphale’s mouth clicks shut, and he goes so still that the group is forcibly reminded that ethereal beings don’t technically need to breathe, have a heartbeat, or even metabolize energy to exist. Beside him, Crowley’s stiffened up and his lips pull back from his teeth in a toe-curling wince.

It's the second of November. Crowley's always loved one festival, bad for him though it is. Aziraphale's trying to have a holiday. The village is trying to remember its dead.

Or: Aziraphale and Crowley are in Italy, sitting on a bench and not kissing.

In which it is shown that trauma and regret can arise from unexpected sources, good housekeeping is a must, and dreams still don't make any damn sense.

    Summary

Crowley and Aziraphale are settled in their cottage and with their lives. That doesn't mean the world stops turning, though. It's only the start of the next adventure.

Mostly slice-of-life, mostly sweet and funny. Though sometimes that life means dealing with the whole trauma-caused-by-Heaven/Hell thing.
