Zhongli, in order to fulfill a contract, goes to Snezhnaya but in the middle of fulfilling his duty he runs into a fatui general with ginger hair and pale snowy skin drenched in blood standing in his way. Somehow he seems intent on forming a bond with this Liyuean man he’s never met before and although Zhongli is not as keen on forming relationships with human’s so soon after joining civilization, he can’t help but feel intrigued by those depthless eyes on such a young man.
Zhongli stepped forward out of concern for the general and knelt before him.
“You really should just give in, I’d hate to give you injuries that would require prolonged bedrest and I’m certain your Tsaritsa would not be too excited either. Are you so willing to lose a couple ribs over such a fight?”
“Ah, Xiangsheng,” The general’s foreign tongue wrapped over the Liyuean word in near perfect pronunciation, “For a chance to battle against you, anything would be worth it, even my life.”

A dog wanders into his garden. His leg is sprained. He is a stray.
“I am a samurai.”
He is not aimless.
“Are you proposing?” He can feel his tail move at the thought. He’s flustered, he tells himself.
“Proposing that you take my name from me. I have no use for it.” At his words Gorou’s tail stills.
“Right,” he says it like he’s sounding out the letters, “so this isn’t a courting proposition?”
Kazuha stares blankly at the samurai. “No.”
Everything was pointing towards the truth, he just didn’t want to admit it. So, as he usually does, Suzaku decided to live in denial for just a moment longer. And if he melted into the man’s touch, knowing it was his childhood best friend, then he would blatantly deny it. For now, he soaked up the moment of dancing with the masked Zero.
Basically the one shot about if Lelouch won against Schniezal in the chess match and won Suzaku for the night.

“Tell me Mr. Poe do you consider yourself prideful?” The man seems surprised to be asked such a question and Ranpo finds he doesn’t mind the change in expression. “And would you consider pride a fault or a virtue?” Ranpo continues.
“I cannot say, maybe it’s that I find it hard to forgive the follies and vices of others or their offenses against me, my good opinion once lost is lost forever.” Ranpo holds the man’s eye and wonders how he never noticed that they were more of a violet then a grey. Perhaps it’s because his eyes are always covered by his hair. He finds that he wishes to see more of his face that tends to be hidden.
“What a shame I can’t tease you about something like that, I surely do love to laugh,” Ranpo sighs.
Ranpo never expected the shy author to have such a bold side to him. It seemed the more he learned the less he knew and if he was being honest, he didn’t dislike it. It left more to be discovered, more mysteries to deduce. He truly was a peculiar man.
