Most of the time his frustration, or more like devastation, was aimed where it should be. At SM. But he slipped up sometimes. He was only human after all. He didn’t have total control over his feelings.
So the morning they all return, from SuperM and dream schedules, he couldn’t bring himself to be part of the welcoming committee. He could hear all the commotion in the hallway. They had gathered on the fifth floor to eat dinner together, for the first time in weeks.
His weak moment couldn’t have come at a worse time.

“Don’t worry, we don’t -” was all he heard before he felt two hands at his shoulders, and then he was falling backwards.
He was just about to demand that the older tell him why the fuck he was thrown across the room when he saw Johnny emerge from the opened door.

His lungs were burning. It felt like there was a vacuum in his chest, a desperate need to drag air through his throat.
His eyes were blurring. Tears staining his face.
He kicked his feet out, struggling more out of desperation than any hope to overpower them. Panic driving his every move.
He knew strangulation. Knew it takes minutes to kill you.
The edges of his vision were already darkening. He almost wished it would come sooner so he wouldn’t have to suffer through this any more. He wasn’t going to get free anyway.
