Summary
God, what a fucking joke. YOU out of all the people in this forsaken city get the stalker. You barely leave the house compared to some other folks. Stalking you sounded like the most boring pastime, and the desire to ask burned in your brain. What was the thought process of your stalker? Were you just some sort of sideshow or what? There was some plausible deniability behind the clothing going missing, but you still had questions. It's not like you hadn't fucked up the placement of stuff before. Oh, but now? Now you knew for sure you weren't imagining shit.

Summary
80% of the world population have a Quirk.
The remaining 20% are Quirkless and are expected to be silent and submissive to those with Quirks. They are discriminated and cast out of society.
50% of those who have Quirks have "useless" or "weak" Quirks and are expected to live normally and take on normal jobs. They make up most of the work force, excluding the Pro Hero Career.
25% of those who have Quirks had "Heroic" Quirks or "Flashy" Quirks and are expected to be the most successful in the world. Most were either very successful Pro Heroes or turned to the Villains after being denied a Hero.
The last 5% of those who aren't Quirkless have "Villainous" Quirks and are assumed to always turn to the Villains. They are discriminated and feared. They are never trusted and are always fighting to be accepted.
Kuromeru Mitsuyo wishes she was Quirkless instead of having a "Villainous" Quirk.
