Grievous shrugged Dooku's hand away. There was some part of him deep down that liked the attention, but he still had his dignity. "It is not your concern. Nothing an oil bath won't fix."

Mr. Aishi is a bit of a househusband. Also, it'd be wonderful if Midori let him grocery shop in peace.

"I’ll kill you, or I’ll keep you alive," Bucky says. "I won’t starve you or hurt you more than I have to."
It isn’t the most comforting response, as far as responses go.
"Thanks," Steve says again. He's helpless to keep his voice from sounding arch, so he doesn't try. "I appreciate it, Buck."
Bucky’s eye twitches, just like before. His grip on the sidearm tightens slightly, but he doesn’t bring it back up to point at Steve.
Steve doesn’t have the good sense God gave a goose; he’s always known that, so he keeps talking.
Steve had expected to go looking for Bucky, but Bucky finds him first.
But before Steve can worry himself into a cinder or give himself an actual erection, the little dots appear again, and a moment later, a picture comes through, of Bucky standing proudly in front of a raised bed garden.
Holding an eggplant.
Steve wonders if it's possible to sink through the bed, the hotel floor, and into some dank hotel basement or laundry room where he can hide from the fact that Bucky, apparently, is still using emojis completely literally and he, Steve, is a fucking idiot.
Ben might be the only man alive who understood what it was, being full of the Dark Side of the Force, overwhelmed by anger and pain. He would not leave Rey in that place alone.
