Sticking a few cheese-its into his mouth and clearly comfortable sitting on the couch, crossed legged, Lio froze. "What?" His voice sounded muffled.
"I didn't stutter. I'm asking the former leader of Mad Burnish to go on a real date with me because we haven't gotten to ever since we started dating. So is that a yes?"

Summary
Galo teaches Lio how to live normally as a regular Promepolis citizen again, several months after the restoration of Promepolis, and the extinction of Promare.
He realizes that Lio knew absolutely nothing, and had to start his life all over again from square one. Meanwhile, his team's got his back and are still typical with their antics.
While both are focusing on restoring a city things are a little stale between them, but Galo is focused on rekindling that bond that they've formed once before saving the planet.

Summary
Lio Fotia has spent most of his life learning how to cope with his powers, but he can't accept them but if he can't control them. So Plan A is to try to live in Promepolis as a normal civilian as he attempts to cater to the Burnish population and seek refuge for them, all while hiding his identity as a Burnish living a double life.
However, all Lio does is a miserable job at doing so and Galo is a firefighter simply meaning to do his job wondering who's the cause of all the accidental fires at a particular district of the city. It's a task Lio decided might be a bad idea from the very start, but he is willing to give it a try.

"Let's try this again." Lio chuckles and puts out a hand, decorated with black rings and big, studded bracelets that jangle as they hang from his slender wrist, “I’m Lio Fortia, leader of MAD BURNISH.”
Galo shakes it while trying not to hyperventilate “I’m Galo Thy—”
“Mos, I know. Burning Rescue.”
Galo gapes, "Are you, like, a fan?!”
Lio doesn't confirm with words so much as he does with body movement, crossing his arms, smirking and lifting his shoulders enough for a small shrug, the combination giving off a teasing vibe.
(Or An eventful meeting pulls together two talented musicians who come to learn they like each other quite a bit).

Late one night, Galo Thymos finds a nearly unconscious stranger in the alley next to his apartment. Being the Burning Rescue Hero he is, he can't ignore it and takes them up to his apartment.
Lio Fotia tries to keep his interactions with those unaffiliated with his cause to a minimum. He's far too focused on his goals and travelling into populated areas is dangerous. The Mad Burnish leader is the model of composure.
