Austin has a serial bomber. TK and Marjan are unfortunate enough to be his first victims and very nearly don't make it out. The APD is hot on the bomber's trail, and though Carlos wanted to help find the guy who almost killed his boyfriend, he hadn't meant to do it quite like this (he certainly hadn't meant to become his hostage).
