(Previously titled The Shadow of Fate)
For the first time in his life, things are going right for Jim Kirk. He's been promoted to captain, he's getting the flagship, and he gets to hand-pick most of his crew. When he hears he's being assigned an XO–an infamous jerk of a Vulcan instructor–he's sure that it's bound to mess everything up. There's a catch, though; even though no one (Jim included) knows it, this is the very same Spock that Jim was best friends with as a kid.

When Spock leaves Kirk to go to New Vulcan after the five-year mission, Kirk discovers he is pregnant.
- Part 39 of Stand-Alone Stories
AU where everything is the same, but when Vulcans find their soulmate they sense it through their pheromones. These pheromones are, well, incredibly insistent. Spock's pretty sure he's immune to them until he meets one James T. Kirk. Really this is just an excuse to write sexually-frustrated!Spock who's pretty much DTF from the get-go.

A story in which Spock and Kirk meet their future children when accidental time travel happens. Future Spock and Kirk have twin children, a son and daughter, who each take after their parents in unique ways. After a bit of an accident, the two children are thrown into an Enterprise where Dad and Father are still only coworkers, learning how to get along with each other.
“He’s got hobgoblin blood, too.” McCoy shook a vial of green blood for them to see.
Kirk had finally set the PADD down, at the foot of Spock’s hospital bed. “So he’s half me and half Vulcan?” Kirk’s eyes flicked over Spock’s face. “Is this a joke?”
“I was going to ask you that,” McCoy shrugged at Jim. “You have yourself here a Vulcan-Human hybrid...a Vulcan-Kirk hybrid.”
- Part 1 of Vulcan-Human Hybrids
It’s as if McCoy’s departure has sucked the oxygen from the room. Spock suddenly finds himself at a loss, as if the sheer magnitude of all he wants to say and do, the measure of it, is too much to put into words.
