Ford doesn’t really want Stan out of his life but after forty years, it’s easier to cling to resentment than admit that he maybe might have possibly been a tiny bit wrong in his approach. It’ll take a catalyst of epic proportions to get him willing to actually meet his brother halfway on the road to reconciliation, but now that Weirdmageddon has been averted a new one will have to step forward instead.
