Mated couple Jimin and Taehyung decide they want a baby, even after a terrible car accident left omega Taehyung unable to bear young.
They decide to try surrogacy, and meet Yoongi, an omega who has never wanted a relationship, but who wants to help couples who cannot have kids of their own. It’s supposed to be simple, have the baby and get back to his life. After all, his first experience as a surrogate went perfectly - the couple got their baby and Yoongi got the satisfaction of helping them complete their family.
But none of them were expecting that along the journey of helping Jimin and Taehyung start their family, they would all fall in love.

Lin’s not sure how much time passes – maybe ten minutes, maybe only a couple of seconds – before the door’s sliding open and Kya's stepping inside, pocketing a bobby pin as she shuts the door behind her. The decisive click of the lock engaging echoes through the small bathroom.
Kya has the fakest, most saccharine look of concern on her face Lin’s ever seen. She would find it funny if she didn’t feel like she was slowly going insane.

This is a series of one shots that fills the gaps in the canon for Linzin and is restricted to the time span of the show itself! There are 12 'parts' that are stand alone one shots but also complete the Linzin arc developed by me. Apart from these 12, there will be random one shots, mostly fluff, where I will incorporate more LoK characters.
I wanted to write a Linzin story line that did not rely on adultery. Firstly, I was not convinced that either character would allow themselves to give in to such a base urge. And secondly because I, personally, don't like the idea of using 'true love' to justify 'cheating'.
As I write the story, though, I understand that there will always be a grey area in such complicated emotions. I have tried my best to lead the story line using personal growth and the characters' individual journeys more than their interactions with each other that can sometimes wander into grey areas.
"You’re dead," he says simply, and the ghost folds her – no, its – no, her, he still can’t think otherwise – arms and sighs.
"What an astute conclusion, Detective."

" toph says she finds the rumors that very rapidly emerge about her friends hilarious, and zuko gives the least shits about his public reputation (‘my honor!’ wails sokka, reading the latest tabloid, and aang punches him in the arm because toph isn’t there to do it) and is also canny enough to realise that she finds royal scandal a lot less depressing than the truth
so he stokes the rumors about himself, dropping ‘accidental’ hints here and there, and mai, while understanding, mainly finds it hysterical. "
