Summary
It has come to the attention of All Might and his police friends that All for One manage to slip covering up a location of one of his many hideouts in Japan.
Infiltrating the site, they are astonish to find what is inside. Most of the large apartment had been turned into an aquarium. Greenery and beautiful sea life thrived at the sandy flooring of the tanks. Looking around more there are tubes that pass through the wall and into other rooms in the condo unit.
Curious, they follow the tubes and lead in and out of the rooms. Some police left in certain rooms to gather data when it seemed important enough.
Once reaching the last of the rooms, they discover a large tank where all the tubes connected. All kinds of fish swimming about in the tank, even a shark! Approaching closer they try to see more into the tank.
All Might leans closer to the glass to get a better look at the decorated sandy flooring. Perhaps his nemesis hid something important information.
Instead, something darts out from a huge rock.
His awe blue eye meeting curious emerald ones. -

Summary
Years ago, where dragons and monsters roam and coexist among humans freely, there were two young men who loved each other dearly.
They had their rough starts like any other but went on the path of reconcile and second chances. Destiny and fate worked their magic for them and those around them with good intent.
However, at the time of their lives, the happienst moment where they could bond together. They were torn apart by dark forces.
With their last breath, hands held together tightly, they promised to be with each other in the next life and get their happily ever after.
Many years later into the far future, Fate and Destiny will assist in their promise. Again they will meet, odds against and with them, tied together they must face the challenge of remembering each other.
Around the time after All Might defeated All for One in Kamino Ward, Class 1-A notices some changes between their symbolic leading duo.
Or simply, The current Bakugou and Midoriya are acting like their past selves from time to time because Fate and Destiny want to help keep their past promise.

If anything, she had to question the gods as to why they were put together to be family.
Her dad is confident, brave, and quick tempered while she is no quite as confident, shy, and quiet.
Surly their must be an answer somewhere to her growing questions. Although she really shouldn’t be worrying about this right now.
What’s more important is trying to get out of dragon training! She absolutely, cannot, kill a dragon!

But! There is hope... The hope coming in a form of three men, friends in fact. They've been on so many crazy adventures and survived. They formed the Rebellion that helps England separately from the Government. They were so great that not even the Red Army could find their Main Base.
Red Leader all the while starts thinking, more like remembering a certain Blue Hoodie wearing man. He has been thinking about him for a long time since 'the end'.
So he decides to make a deal with England's government.

A horror that burnt his skin, ruined his life and filled his head with monsters. His only chance at normality was to suppress the darkness with self-hatred, silence the demons with medication, and focus everything left on the singular goal of maybe one day turning his curse into a force for good.
But can such horror, such darkness, ever be used for good? Or will he eventually fall to shadow and flame?

Midoriya had enough of being insulted, being told no, being called quirkless. It was too much and he decided on a much darker path. BakuDeku; Angst to the max.

A lone figure watched from a distance as Bakugo prostrated himself, hidden ominously behind the trunk of a large willow tree. He tilted his head to the side, finding the sight strange, but intriguing all the same. He knew the blonde would stay there for a while longer.
Katsuki always stayed until 8:56 every Friday night. It would seem odd to everyone else, but to those who knew what had happened, it made complete sense. Izuku Midoriya jumped off the roof of his middle school at 6:15 PM on a Friday and was pronounced dead at 8:56 just a week later, his broken body losing the battle against its injuries.
"Deku… the Master is wanting to speak with you." A voice whispered.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.
