As soon as Wukong froze, MK knew he had said too much, way too much, too fast, and without restraint. And that fiery glare turned on him, setting golden flames alight underneath him; suddenly he was so hot he could barely breathe, caught in a rage not directed at him but still presented to him nonetheless, like a moth that flew too close to flame and burned to flakes of grey ash.

“You want me to play with your hair.” Of course MK putting it so damn bluntly had to brutally murder his composure. Because, while yes he did want that. Quite a lot in fact. That didn't mean he was prepared to have it stated so matter-of-fact.
Before Red Son could stop himself he was rambling “Only if you desire of course, It doesn't matter either way to me, I simply realize there might have been a miscommunication in regards to whether it's unpleasant for me or not, and I should clear up that such a display of affection wouldn't be wholly unwelcome.”
Of course the more qualifiers he attempted to give, the more MK's face lit up in excitement, so maybe he was just overthinking it.

The old man and Tim managed to find evidence of unusual paranormal activity in the town. While they weren’t entirely certain it wasn’t just infested with metas, the locals believed the entities that haunted, for lack of a better word, the town were actual ghosts. If there was one thing Ra’s al Ghul didn’t need to get his grubby hands on, it was ghosts.
That’s probably why Jason was doing this. He had the unfortunate luck to experience both death and resurrection in a way he’d never recommend to anyone else.

Ayo!!! This is my first time delving into a fandom outside of my usual Sonic drabbles!! (And for another ship I love to death o.0)
I was kinda nervous about writing for this fandom since I didn't think I would do decent, but then I joined a server and they have prompts! And something....awakened? I guess?? I figured, "What do I have to loose if I don't even try first?" Soooo this happened!!!
