    Summary

Sirius comes up with the ingenious idea to give McGonagall a Marauders-esque nickname, but potentially getting kicked off the Quidditch team for the sake of mischief is just over the "not-worth-it" line. A reluctant Remus comes up with the idea of using reverse psychology to trick her into calling him Padfoot, so it's only fair they can then call her Toebeans.

Sirius thinks it's brilliant. James is crying of laughter 90% of the time, Peter has a few rare strokes of brilliance, and Lily is pretty damn sure that's not what reverse psychology is.

    Summary

Remus stepped into Sirius’ personal space, leaning down and taking out his holy water doused dagger from his pouch. He placed it flat underneath Sirius’ chin, pushing his head up to look him in the eyes. He hissed as the silver burnt him, red and vicious.

“What,” he whispered, “are you doing here?”

Sirius looked pained for a second, and then he blinked, and that stupid, cocky smile lit up his face once more.

“Wouldn’t you like to know, pretty boy?”

or - Sirius and Remus have been trying to kill each other for eight years, but something always seems to be standing in the way.

    Summary

    “So you stole his milk.”

    “I borrowed it.”

“So you’re going to give it back?”

Remus took a sip from the mug of tea (with almond milk) that had been residing on the coaster, smacked his lips, and said, with a ridiculous air of casuality for a man who had oh so recently delved into thievery: “Nope.”

or: Sirius and Remus have been divorced co-parents for four years, and they won't stop terrorising each other. Teddy is sixteen, midway through his GCSE's, and... well, he finds it all to be quite exasperating, really.

    Summary

Remus’s right hand travelled up his shoulder, round the curve of his neck and finally came to a rest on his jaw. Sirius tingled at the contact; the feather-light touch like a kiss from a butterfly. He tilted his head into Remus’s hand, his middle finger gently stroking the soft skin beneath his ear.

“You’re a bit of a mindfuck, Remus Lupin.”

Remus smirked, raising his eyebrows briefly. “I’ll take that as a compliment.”

    ***

Sirius Black was perfectly content with living his unremarkable life until he found himself in a chance meeting with the first person he couldn't instantly suss out. Remus Lupin was a complete mystery that captivated Sirius hook, line and sinker.

    Summary

“So what’s he like? Full of it? Arrogant?”

“Yes,” he says, because he thinks that is a fair assessment. Sirius Black is full of it. He is arrogant. He’s also entitled and needy and smug. He’s talented, reckless, moody, selfish, childish, charming and sweet, and a million different other things Remus is trying to wrap his head around.

    Sirius Black is hard work.

Remus Lupin is a successful documentary filmmaker who is assigned to make a fly-on-the-wall documentary featuring Sirius Black - one of the world's most brilliant footballers - as he competes in the European Championship.

    All does not go smoothly.

Fair warning: Remus knows nothing about football and neither do I. Also, this is about football in the global sense. I can't call it soccer. I just can't.
