happening by accident or chance rather than design.

the fact of knowing something before it takes place; foreknowledge.
Izuku can see into the future.
He couldn't see that he'd be abandoned. He also didn't see he'd be practically adopted by pro heroes either.
He definitely didn't see himself becoming a hero either.

Midoriya Izuku isn't the "Deku" we know and love.
In this story, Izuku gets taken in by the villains to form a family of sorts
In this story, Izuku doesn't remember a lot of things.
In this story, Izuku doesn't have much opinion on anything, including heroes and villains.
Izuku is neutral on most matters, causing him to just go along with the flow.
Which is why when All for One suggests he go to UA, he shrugs and nods.
Or: Where Izuku has a wack memory due to his quirk and him going to UA seems to cause a change in the story we already know and love.
