It's been a year since the world went to shit.
There's a huge house, on the outskirts of Beacon Hills, it used to be a farm house, but the people who once owned it aren't around anymore.
The house has a big fininished basement, a large barn, a good vegetable garden, a well tended flower garden, abundant corn stalks and a lot of land.
The best part is, is it's miles from even the nearest town, including Beacon Hills and the land is flat for as far as the eye can see, which means, that there will be plenty time to see trouble coming...
They found this place pretty close to the start of it all and they have been living in a sort of state of suspended animation ever since.
Stiles spends pretty much every day the exact same way..

Vulcans think that it only logical for their two species/races to combine and repopulate.. Even if that means taking the humans and impregnating them by force.. Male Pregnancies can be ensured through surgical means if the Vulcan that chooses them desires to choose that method of reproduction.. Spock is given control of The Enterprise and first pick of the humans on board to breed with... He has a slightly personal vendetta against James Kirk and he decides to take it out on Kirk's hide as harshly and as humiliating as possible while forcing Kirk to become pregnant with his offspring.. Kirk is a Stallion that needs to be broken to reach its potential.. And Spock will see that Kirk reaches his potential.. That potential just happens to be a potential that poor James Tiberius Kirk never wanted to aim for reaching...

An AU of an AU of the AOS Timeline.
Red Matter ripping holes in The Time Stream and/or Universe and/or Reality creating an Alternate Timeline, Alternate Universe and an Alternate Reality, had an impact on everything. Including how many people survived Tarsus IV and how many people witnessed Kodos order the Executions. Plus it changed things and put some Star Trek Characters on Tarsus IV who weren't on the Planet at the time of The Genocidal Massacre in The Original Timeline, Universe, Reality. This is the story of a Timeline, Universe, Reality where Sarek and T'Pau and a handful of other Vulcans (Sybock, Spock and Amanda MAY be there, I haven't decided yet) were on Tarsus IV for some kind of Peace Confrence along with a few other Federation Representatives and Individual Planetary, Regionary and House Representatives..

Summary
The day of graduation, Stiles left Beacon Hills behind when he hopped into Derek's car and never looked back. He's living in New York with Derek and attending Columbia University on a partial scholarship. Only, no one seems to realize that Derek and Stiles are very much together, and sickeningly happily so, because that had never been on anyone's radar.
