Dean and Cas are just fucking, except for the part where Dean might possibly be in love with Cas. Cas doesn't feel the same way, which is just fine with Dean, except for the part where it's not.
After the brothers take out a coven, Sam has trouble convincing Dean that a curse disabling Dean's self-control has followed him back to the motel. That is, until Sam calls Castiel for back up.
Dean is five when he finally gets curious enough to ask about the tattoo on his father’s arm and learns how his dad and mom are each other’s soulmate. Dean is ten when he starts looking up stories about soulmates, but it’s not until he’s fourteen that he decides he doesn’t care if he gets a soulmate or not.
