The year following his first year attending Camp Campbell, a lot of shit goes down, and Max isn't entirely sure how he feels about it. Whatever, he'll figure that out later.
Nicole Haught and Waverly Earp have not had easy lives. They're both very damaged goods. Nicole and Waverly have both lost much of their hope to get happiness in life... but can they find their way to happiness together?
AU in which there's no supernatural going-ons, Nicole's a gay mess, and... well, I was just a mess when I wrote this, so Waverly's just a mess, too, at least at first. Lots of slow-burning angst going to fluff and smut (and let's be real, probably more angst as well).

Bakugo Katsuki, a Pro Hero in Japan, is used to the routine: wake up, kick villain ass, rinse and repeat. He’s living his dream, soaking in all he’s ever wanted and worked for.
During the brief moment he lets his guard down, everything changes.
Tossed into a world without quirks with nothing but the clothes on his back, he’s forced to accept the help of someone who knows exactly who he is: a manga character who should definitely not exist.

Saving a little girl from a kidnapping shouldn’t be causing Bucky this much stress. But he didn’t need the attention. Even hicks in a backwoods Kansas town had cell phones and an internet connection. But the girl’s mother was so emphatic in her thanking of him, and the girl was so sweet, that he was momentarily stunned.
But there was just one problem: the sheriffs were covering up the crime, those not involved were incompetent, a nine-year-old girl was displaying symptoms of acute stress response, the mother wanted him to investigate it, and Bucky can’t bring himself to move on.
Alright, so maybe it was more than one problem.
A story of growth, redemption, small town life, and eventual joy.
