Klaus is observant.
Well, maybe his siblings didn't notice this, because they aren't as observant as he is. But Klaus is indeed observant, especially so when he is sober.
So of course he noticed that something - SOMETHING - was going on between Luther and Five. -

Summary
Touch-starvation, colloquially known as ‘skin hunger’ occurs when a person doesn’t receive enough physical contact, or touch, from other people.
People who are touch deprived are more lonely and less happy, and more likely to experience stress or depression than people with fulfilled touch requirements. These people tend to have less social support and experience more mood and anxiety disorders. They are also more likely to experience alexithymia, a condition that impairs ability to express and interpret emotions. They are also more likely to have preoccupied or fearful-avoidant attachment style and therefore are less likely to form secure attachments with others in their lives. Research has shown that people need at least 8 meaningful touches a day to maintain health.Tony freaking Stark does not need a hug of all things, to function. He was perfectly fine without human contact. And with lying to himself. So he pushed on, ignoring the screaming in his cells and the tremors coursing through his body.
Or, Tony is touch-starved and too stubborn to ask for a hug

Emery (Our lovely OFC) owns a thriving coffee shop smack dab in the middle of Monroe City, Mo. She's well known for her unique coffee drinks and her "coffee charity". What happens when a woman with too much heart- and not nearly enough common sense- comes across the fallen archangel in his mostly human state? Will Lucifer behave, or will he bite the hand that (quite literally) feeds him?

Bookmarker's Notes
A very good progression of a relationship between John and Sherlock.
"Sherlock is quite sure, of course, that The Touching Thing is merely John’s way of procuring the amount of physical contact he craves. He doesn’t really mind being a means to an end, a convenience, even. He will do his best to provide whatever makes John calm and content. If John is touch-starved, Sherlock will be there to compensate for his lack of physical intimacy. He knows that some kind of romantic interest for John will show up at some point, and he will lose him again. Inevitably."
