Tim and Stephanie's attempts to move into their first joint place are plagued with them juggling their own issues, especially with conflicting ideas on how to spend their future together. Tim's lingering hints of depression makes Steph worried, whilst she continues to brush aside problems of her own, as if ignoring them will make them go away.
Any attempts at solutions get thrown into disarray when Bruce and Dick's investigation into the Court of Owls members brings a certain Gotham rogue into the mix, one with a predilection for young blondes, as well as bringing to light family secrets that maybe would have been better hidden. Dealing with trauma is hard, but the thought of home provides enough hope to try.

After it's all over, historians try to piece together who's to blame.
It isn't an easy job.

Honestly, I've been thinking a lot about this, too. Similar blame comes up with Ben/Kylo and how he went bad. Was it Han and Leia's fault for not being there and not being more upfront about what Ben/Kylo's grandfather was like? Somewhat, but they did have jobs, too, and all indications were that they loved him. Is it Snoke's fault for getting in his head? Probably a lot, but he likely had help. Was it Luke's fault for not being a better and more understanding teacher? Or just Ben/Kylo's, for believing Snoke's lies without questions? I suspect it's a little bit of everything...and nothing. Sometimes Yoda's "try not" is wrong. It is better to try than to point fingers...and to make a change than to complain.
