The story is about Jim and Sue Dawson, teenage sweethearts who have been married for twenty years. Their two children give them an anniversary party, and a gift of a two week holiday in a Spanish villa.
On arrival they find the pool is shared with the villa next door, Sue and Jim's lives and problems become entangled with those of the young and carefree Esther and her Latino fiancé Felipe.
It is a tale of what happened next.
Eleven days of the holiday remain, eleven chapters (I hope) one for each day.
My narrative begins directly as the credits roll. The last shot we see of them apart from the leap into the pool, is Jim applying cream to Sue's shoulder, on the terrace. It is here the narrative begins.
*(Uxorious......to have a deep and abiding love for one's wife.)
Oikawa has a bad habit of calling Iwaizumi when he's drunk, alone, and/or in trouble. And since Iwaizumi has been taking care of Oikawa for decades now, he always picks up. Even if it means drunk Oikawa is taking Iwaizumi to bed. After months of trying to stifle his feelings in this arrangement, Iwaizumi finally makes new rules.
(Please read the tags. I ended up changing rating due to violence/attempted rape.)

"I am going to find Tony," the man hisses in Peter's ear, his gaze cold and cruel. "And when I do, I will kill him, slowly. What do you say to that-"
The man stops short because Peter's shoulders are shaking. He looks and sees the kid is snickering. When he lets go of Peter's hair, the teen's head slumps to his chest, but it's not out of exhaustion or defeat...it's to hide a smile.
Peter lets out a laugh, shaking his head before glancing to the sides and exclaiming, "It is so fun to mess with you!" He looks around before hooting, "Tony Stark? That's your play? You're not screwing with me, right? You actually thought that would work? Sorry guys."
Peter straightens in his chair with a sneer and a cocky wink, "Tony doesn't give a flying crap about me."
In other words.... Peter is kidnapped and his captors think they can hold Tony against him. But they don't know what's happened in the past couple months.
