As Dr. Samantha Jensen sat across from her newest client, Elliot Roth, she couldn't focus on anything other than the fact that he could have been Josh’s twin.
He even has the same eyes.
But, it couldn't have been Josh.
She went to his funeral 10 years ago.
After the horror that went on in the mountains, the crew was lucky enough to escape with their lives. We'll, everyone but Josh at least. Right before he had to chance to leave, Josh was scooped up by the empty shell of hunger he used to call his sister.
Of course, this seemed like his end. but, the persistent, stubborn nature of a fee of his friends, along with his family, helped lead a search crew right to him. Finding him only minutes after consuming his first batch of human flesh, they were able to remove the contents of his stomach and free him of the spirit possessing him.
If you're looking for closure after the not-too-good ending for Josh, this is what you were looking for. I've been moping because of that trash ending and I just really needed something I could use to give myself some relief.
Fandoms: Until Dawn (Video Game)
15 Nov 2016
A series of Josh and Sam one-shots and short stories from the numerous adorable/angsty/funny ideas I have floating around in my head.
Written because our fandom is dying and I'm not ready, dammit!
Story 4: Insecure over the fact that she’s never kissed a boy at (gasp!) 17, Sam enlists in Josh’s help. Much to his annoyance.
"I will never look at you and not wish you were him. We will never have a clean slate - we're too broken."
It's the truth. And he knows that. And it doesn't even hurt because his heart beats in sync with hers. They were never meant to be in each other's lives, this way. She always belonged to Josh - and he always to someone else."
It's a haunting, beautiful could-have-been, but was never meant to be.
Sam and Mike are the only ones left. While Mike tries to get closer to her for comfort, Sam pushes away - fueled by anger and resentment that Mike is alive and Josh is dead.
Sad, angsty, mourning fic. Oneshot. Mike/Sam, but STRONG overlying Sam/Josh-centric.
Deep, dark irises that matched his own - ones that he had been sure were gone from this world forever. She stared back at him nervously, her eyebrows slanted and low, her face dirty and flushed but still undeniably her.
'Hannah,' he mouthed, but the sound never escaped his lips."
It's been one year since the disappearance of the Washington sisters, and the remaining friends are shocked to find Hannah alive. But just because you survive the mountain, doesn't mean you leave unscathed. Before, during, and after the events of that night leave the friends reeling, trying to figure out if getting everything they thought they wanted is even what they want anymore.
