Picking up where Wolf Moon (in Another Reality) ends, Stiles has to deal with learning how to be a werewolf, keeping his small pack safe, and piecing together a mystery. And... Scott. But he won't be dealing with Scott "I think I'm sneaky" McCall until he feels like Scott has learned his lesson.
"I know," Stiles said. He slowly stood, pausing to brush off dirt and leaves from his jeans before straightening completely. "And believe me, I appreciate this training stuff you're doing---even if it's only so I don't get in your way---but I really wish this could be more low impact like the scent and hearing training yesterday."
Derek arched an eyebrow. Stiles decided his eyebrows were the visual component to the complex language Derek spoke through huffs and snorts.
"Come at me again," Derek instructed.
"Any advice to avoid getting a face full of dirt?"
"Yeah. Don't fall down," Derek said as he widened his stance and raised his arms.
Stiles cackled. "Good tip," he said.
- Part 2 of Teen Wolf in Another Reality
Stiles and Derek find themselves on the trail of the unknown alpha; that trail leads them to another danger. With Kate Argent's explosive return to Beacon Hills, Derek is injured and Stiles has to find the one thing that promises a quick and full recovery: a bullet from Kate's private artillery.
Pointing, Derek gestured towards a fire escape on the building where Monster Mayhem was running. Stiles nodded; they rushed for the metal bars of the ladder, Derek in the lead and Stiles following behind him.
Derek didn't stay in the lead for long, though. When Stiles figured out where Monster Mayhem was going---to the building on the north side of the one they were currently exploring---he darted away from Derek and hurried along a path that would bring him closer to their target.
He had no idea what he was doing, except that he was hunting and he needed to keep his prey in sight.
The fact that Stiles was clueless was made even more clear when the rifle was fired again and Derek pounced on top of him.
- Part 3 of Teen Wolf in Another Reality
Stiles has to figure out a way to keep his friends safe when they're faced with a dangerous, Monster Mayhem situation. In a series of flashbacks, John learns about Derek and Stiles and the secrets they've been keeping from him.
"What the hell?" Stiles asked. "Scottie, if you're staging an intervention, you get points for creative casting but you lose a few for the time and place."
Scott frowned. "What are you talking about? You texted me!"
"And me," Danny said.
"And us," Boyd added, gesturing between himself and Erica.
"No, I didn't," Stiles insisted. "I just got back from a run. I showered, and your message to me was on my phone. You told me to come here!"
- Part 5 of Teen Wolf in Another Reality
Team Werewolf grows closer, Team Hunter digs deeper, and sometimes their paths cross.
"Stiles, right? I was wondering if I could have a moment of your time."
Stiles nodded. He wanted to cross his arms or jam his hands into his jeans pockets, but he forced himself to try to appear relaxed. It would be difficult, but keeping a firm grip on his control and attitude would be the best thing to do to keep Chris and the rest of his family out of Stilinski (and Hale) business. For his pack, he would try harder than he'd ever tried before.
"May I come in?"
"Uh, no," Stiles said.
Chris' eyebrows jumped up, as if he were surprised that he wouldn't immediately be welcomed into the home of someone he didn't know.
Stiles snorted. "I don't know you. And as much as I love Scott… he has completely different motivations in vouching for you," he said, trying to soften his words with a small smile and a roll of his eyes.

24 Aug 2019
Derek reaches out to an old family friend, John struggles to wrap his head around the idea of a werewolf pack in Beacon Hills, Stiles tries to fix his relationship with Scott, Jackson makes a deal with someone he shouldn't trust, and Kate makes a move against the werewolves (and her brother's wishes).
"Do you know how we're hunted?" Derek asked. He glanced at John long enough to see the shake of his head and turned his attention back to his work in the pan. "We're usually separated from our pack. One member at a time. As children, Mom taught us to hide---to find the best hiding places, places no human could access---but she also taught us to track and to run. Because if we were separated, we were in trouble. As children, we need to be able to find someone like us, because we are stronger and safer together. Hunters will use noise and light and brute force to separate us. They can't take us as a pack, so they do everything they can to single the weakest from the strongest, one at a time."
- Part 7 of Teen Wolf in Another Reality
The Sheriff and Derek aren't the only two people looking for Stiles. Some of them come together; others cause more trouble than help. Meanwhile, Allison and Scott struggle to figure out how they feel about Stiles' true identity, and Lydia tries to uncover the answers to some of her own questions.
John's eyes widened when he realised Derek was in front of him. Before anything else could be said or done, John pulled Derek into a hug.
"Oh, thank god, I thought they might have gotten both of you," John breathed. Derek wasn't sure what to do with that gesture and the thought behind it, but he did his best to return the hug before John patted his back and pulled away. "He was with me, but I sent him home. Jackson wasn't around anymore---I sent a deputy out to look for people hanging around. I… oh, god. Can you sense something? See or smell something I can't?"
Derek put his hand on John's shoulder. "I'll try," he said.
