"I'm pregnant with your child, Keith."
He said while crying and on his knees. He was upset, hysterical even. He didn't know what to do. While his emotions took over, his breath got shorter, sharper, and louder. Tears constantly blurring his vision, Lance became lightheaded quickly due to a change in his breathing pattern. Next thing he knew blackness surrounded his vision for a few moments in time. He panicked due to the loss of vision. He regained his vision but before he knew it he lost control of his body, he could only move his eyes. He tried to look around but noticed his head was moving, no it was falling. No matter what he tried he couldn't control his body. A few seconds after he landed on the floor. There was no pain but there should've been. He screamed but his lips didn't open, he mentally panicked while having uncontrollable emotions already rushing through him. His eyes bounced around for anything or anyone, no one was there anymore. Keith had just been right there, why wasn't he still there. Did Keith leave him all by himself?

Summary
Mermaids, werewolves, vampires. Magical beings that exist in this world, together with humans. We can’t really say that they live in peace with one another, but they tolerate one another. Each one with a role to play in society.
Lance was a mermaid, with his skin-kissed by the sun, white hair and his mermaid mark on his body. He was seated on a rock on the beach, just gazing at the stars, singing, when he heard something behind him.
Surprised he snapped his head to where he heard the sound. A big wolf appeared before him. Dark fur, gray eyes, that shined like melted silver, scars all over his body. Lance froze on the spot. A werewolf. It was weird seeing one on the mermaid territory, but that just meant that he probably lived nearby.
(...)
Lance ran a hand on it’s fur. Something was calling for him, he felt the connection. A connection as if his gravity was changing to that wolf, he could feel his heart beating faster. “No way...” he knew about soulmates, knew that a bond with someone that was ‘different’ than you was very rare… and complicated. “Shit.”
He found his soulmate.

“Look, guys,” Hunk said, thickly swallowing, “I don’t feel right spying like this.”
“We aren’t spying,” Lance defended, waving his hand as if brushing away his friend’s worry. “We’re just… we’re watching him from a distance…”
“In a bush,” Pidge added.
“With--Without him knowing,” Hunk hiccuped.
“I know this isn’t exactly okay,” Lance admitted, fully knowing he’s crossing an extremely hair-thin line regarding Keith’s trust.
---
The trio decide to watch Keith's pyromancy and necromancy session in secret on their journey to the Arusians. Keith unknowingly reveals a few emotional details that intrigue Lance enough to have him question his friend the following morning, but Keith's unwillingness to be vulnerable is a steep hurdle, though one Lance is willing to conquer.

Summary
Lance forces his eyes open, all the way this time. It takes them a second to adjust, and when they do, his stomach plummets to the center of the earth. The man is in a black shirt, the sleeves rolled up on his forearms to reveal the runes inked across his pale skin. There’s a sword strapped across his back, a big one.
“You’re a Shadowhunter,” Lance blurts. Lance’s mother had warned him about getting mixed up with these bloodthirsty maniacs, and here he is, half conscious next to the very people he’d worked so hard to avoid the last two years. He’s fucked. Royally screwed. He isn’t sure what kind of punishment is handed out to warlocks for public intoxication but his mind races through options like indefinite imprisonment, dismemberment, death?

Summary
"Space.
He was actually space.
He’d been dreaming of being out amongst the stars for a long time. Now, he’s here - he’s actually in fucking space. It’s the coolest thing ever.
He does wish it could’ve been on more relaxing terms though, he is up here fighting a space war. The excitement of it all had pushed almost everything else to the back of his mind. Lance hadn’t once thought about the possible issues being a werewolf in space might cause, at least, not until he’d stepped foot out of the castle. It had been night and the new Paladin had felt the alluring pull of the planet’s moon.
That was when he remembered his ‘condition’ and realized how messed up his moon cycle was going to get."
So, Lance is a werewolf in space,
Also worth mentioning- Keith is a vampire, also in space.
Let's see how this pans out. -

AU where Keith is a witch, Lance is a werewolf, and Shiro is stressed.
Supernatural creatures are known and live among humans peacefully for the most part. Of course, there are some rather radical groups among them like the Galra, who want to disturb the peace and divide them from their less than supernatural bretheren.

Summary
After a few minutes, Lance finally broke the silence.
“Allura mentioned necromancers,” Lance began, wincing at how stupid he sounded. Keith nodded. “They… they are working with the Galra.”
“I know,” Keith said with a hard voice, then again quieter, “I know.”
“What do you want to do?”
Keith humorlessly chuckled. “What can I do? I finally hear of others like myself and they are on the opposite side of this war.”
---
The group finds out vital information about their connections to fae spirits called lions. As Allura explains, details about the Galra Empire are revealed that rattle Keith. In his desperation to protect his friends, he practices his necromancy a little too close to camp. Someone stumbles upon him. Their reaction may cost him everything.

Summary
“This is Keith,” Shiro introduced. “And he’ll be joining us to the Fae Pocket.”
“Wait,” the little imp breathed, taking a step out of the line of strangers. Her eyes shined curiously behind her gold framed lenses. She raked them down his form before settling on his face, amber glinting in recognition. “Keith?”
His nose scrunched in confusion. He crossed his arms defensively despite Shiro’s hand tightening. “Do I know you?”
“Yeah, yeah, it’s me,” she said, taking a breath. “It’s Katie.”
---
After Shiro's rescue from the Galra, Keith joins his brother and three other people outside his shack to discuss infiltration into the Galra Unseelie Court in the Fae Pocket. The introductions go fine until Keith recognizes a face from his past. He doesn't handle it well.

Summary
Lance licked a slow stripe on the base of Keith’s neck and mumbled something against his skin.
Keith focused back in for a second, “Hm?”
“I said, I can hear your blood.”
The air felt like it was rushing out of Keith’s lungs.

Summary
“Stars! It all makes sense.”
“Well, that’s usually how people react when someone had proclaimed they wanted to kill you.” Though Keith had attempted a light tone, the joke fell horribly flat. The silence afterwards was awkward and made Keith’s skin crawl. He berated himself. He had always been horrible at relieving tension from situations and he had to go and make it worse. He should’ve left the jokes to Lance.
Keith startled when Lance slowly rose from the floor and sat beside him, leaving a few inches of space between them. He let out a breath.
“I am sorry,” Lance sincerely said.
---
Keith and Lance get a chance to talk about the incident the day before. It goes well until it goes bad. Lance is hung up on Keith's necromancy and his unwillingness to use his necromantic fire and it drives the pyro-elemental witch further away.

Summary
This is a story where Lance lives in Altea, a large town hidden amongst acres upon acres of forest in England. He moved there with nothing more than his inheritance money from his grandparents and with the bag on his back. Everything seemed to be going great - until he noticed how strange the town acted when he thought he wasn't looking. The fearful glances travellers sent his way when he was amongst friends. The odd howling that emitted deep from within the forest every full moon. The flashes of wolves he would see out of his window late at night when he could have sworn wolves were no more in England. But what confused him the most were his friends and the way that they became so protective of him in less than a month of knowing him.
In a tale of misunderstandings, breaking of trust, soulmates scared of their fates and of a danger lingering in the dark - old and forgotten - Lance is left wondering who he can trust when he has been lied to by the ones that are closest to him. Overcoming betrayal and heartbreak is just the beginning for the boy surrounded by hidden wolves.
