Summary
(Enlighten me again, the cadet says. He stands proud and stupid and human, blue eyes hinting danger as he takes in Spock and dismisses him in that same instant. He’s heard the rumors, everyone has. And so Spock tries.)
It happens in four moments.
Set in early 2260 and chronicling the first months of the five-year mission. Mostly epistolary, partly serious, partly pure crack.

Summary
Avarak (original character) undergoes his Kahs-wan.
Side story to Into the Deeps. I don't think you need to have read 'Into the Deeps' to make sense of this story. However, if you have not read it I will quickly introduce some of the characters here.
Avarak - Vulcan son of Healer Sordd. His mother died before the events of 'Into the Deeps'
Sordd - Vulcan Healer, widowed. Remarried a human wife, Mimi. Brother of Sarek (I know its not canon, none of this is!)
Mimi - Human, married to Sordd. Relocated to Vulcan.
T'Shahel - Avarak's older sister
T'Rama - Sordd's mother
Skon - Sordd's fatherNotes:
The Kahs-wan, or Vulcan maturity test, was a traditional survival test of adulthood for adolescent Vulcans. The basis for the Kahs-wan was to survive ten days without food, water, or weapons in The Vulcan's Forge.
This ritual was undertaken when Vulcan children reached the age of seven, equivalent of eleven Earth years of age.
Amanda, Sarek and Spock will make a short appearance at the end of the story.Just to be clear I own nothing to do with Star Trek in anyway. No copyright infringements intended.

Story 10 of "Piper At the Gates of Dawn"
Our illustrious musicians have no choice--they are under the wing of the Investigator as he continues his spawling work into finding real spies, the remnants of Section 31 who nearly destroyed everything. They're just gonna have to learn to be best friends, whether they like it or not.
FIRST STOP: FERENGINAR
It is the first time Krax has been back since leaving, before Female Emancipation. Before he left, he was certain he was alone. So, it is a shock to come back home and find a whole community of people just like him, all thriving under the new reforms. But the old parts of Ferenginar never went away. Liquidators are still looking for him, and being on Homeworld only makes it easier for them to find him.
But freed of all other obligations, the four musicians devise a plan. What's to stop them from performing for these newly emancipated people who are now free to create their own nightclubs? And while they're at it, they should finally give themselves a proper group name....

31 Day Whump/Kink Fic Prompt Challenge.
A nonlinear fic set in an AU! Star Trek Discovery, where Michael Burnham remains on Vulcan and joins the Vulcan Expedition Group as opposed to Starfleet. She basically kinks and/or whumps her away around the Vulcan Star System, in one universe or another. And some of it may get weird and actually not contain kink.
More emphasis on kink than whump. Chapters will vary in length depending on inspiration. Please check the tags with each update because it will (usually) be graphic and a hot mess.

James T. Kirk is the youngest captain in Starfleet history and now the guinea pig for new Vulcan AI technology, something to replace the post of First Officer, in fact, named Spock.
Jim struggles to adapt to this new technology and questions of identity and sentience are raised.
And yes, the title is based on Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep.

Summary
Jim Kirk was raised by the McCoys, who found him as a seemingly abandoned infant. As Jim grows up, it soon becomes clear he is not entirely human, as he initially seemed, but no one is quite sure what he is, where he came from, or exactly what he can do.
As they grow up together as brothers, McCoy becomes something of Jim’s protector, sort of the brawn while Jim is the brains, but not quite. Bones is a doctor, but he’s more of a Bones-Judge Dredd hybrid. In this, Rura Panthe is not a Klingon prison planet, but a Federation one. When Jim and Bones are on their way there, after an alleged crime, they escape the transport ship and assume new identities, with the help of Jim’s abilities, on Starbase 12.
All goes well for them until a Vulcan Alpha, Spock, comes to the Starbase and becomes, predictably, fascinated with Jim. After sex, which impregnates and marks Jim as Spock’s, Spock is forced to leave Jim on the Starbase, unknowing that their mating created a child (at first). As the Starbase becomes ever more dangerously inhabited by the Federation as well as some wicked Ice Monsters, Jim leads a crew of misfits off the Starbase 12 and to a new home, pursued by a very determined Vulcan.

Summary
Story 8 in "Piper at the Gates of Dawn"
When choosing between morality and instinct, someone did not choose wisely. Luckily, that doesn't matter for the moment. Without warning, our four musicians are seemingly released and told there is just one more person they need to meet, this "Head Investigator" they kept hearing back.
The Head Investigator makes it plain: according to everyone--including five very large governments--one of them is a spy. Too much circumstantial evidence. The hard part is that no one can work out which of them is the spy and which ones were suckered into the plan. The Head Investigator, however, has a different idea: None of them are spies, and even if they were, they would be quite possibly the worst spies anyone has ever met.
(Note: For more on the investigator, check out Portrait of the Spyhunter as a Young Man)

Summary
The Temple of A’morak was established on the edge of the Misty Desert by Surak’s disciples. The monastery took its name from the a’morak bush, which provides a soft fiber for weaving and grows nowhere else on Vulcan. The Temple of A’morak grew as a place of wisdom, healing, and training in the psychionic arts. However, this place of peace has become a crime scene! The High Priestess has just been murdered, and the Federation has assigned the crew of the USS Bartholomew to find the culprit and bring them to justice- and of course, the reclusive Masters of Kolinahr that inhabit the monastery aren't willing to give up their secrets easily...

Summary
Story 7 in "Piper at the Gates of Dawn"
The USS Maryam is celebrating the High Holidays! Anyone and everyone is invited, even those who are under harsh scrutiny but not yet arrested!
But Minjaral is the only one enjoying himself. His three friends are miserable, not just for the suspicions around them but also for their personal losses. Vudic's pon farr is rising to the surface, Doh'Val is still clinging to the one thread left of his old life, and Krax thinks he shouldn't have come at all. For the first time since The Breakup, they do something they thought they'd never do again: they talk to each other.
However, they must be careful. They are being watched. And they must decide between their morality and their animal instincts.
(Note: Jewish philosopher Maimonides elabroated on the rabbinic understanding of the yetzer ha tov (good impulse) and the yetzer ha ra (evil impulse) as being associated with constructs within ourselves. The yetzer ha tov was derived from moral and rational self. The yetzer ha ra was derived from wanting to satisfy our basic needs as animals)
