Six years ago, a new type of quirk was brought into the world. One that allowed it's user to shape-shift and regenerate at will. To do so much more, to be so much more. To be the prototype for what could have been the final state of human evolution, had quirks never gotten involved.
Six years ago, a vigilante known only as the Prototype appeared in Mustafu, a vigilante pro's could never stop no matter how hard they tried. One who could give even the best of the best a run for their money.
Six years ago..... Midoriya Izuku died, left behind with the horrors of his past and now in the present day... Izumi Midoriya was preparing for her chance to join U.A. high school. If only life were as simple as just the entrance test before hand.

When he was four years old, Midoriya developed his quirk. It wasn't like his mother or father's quirks, it was one solely his own.
A mutant quirk that allowed him to fuse with others. He'd been ecstatic at first, until he found out what it felt like fusing with Bakugou. It was horrible, he hated it.He realized it was a useless quirk for a hero.
eleven years later, as he and his new friend Uraraka are being relentlessly attacked by his old friend, he has to use it once more if they want to win. He expects to hate it, for it to be the worst thing.
Imagine his surprise when it's the best he's ever felt.

The point of vigilantism isn't fame, it isn't fortune. A lot of the time, it's revenge, pettiness, spite, and, on rare occasions, out of a sense of justice that can't be denied.
It just so happens that Deku was driven by all of the above.
Yeah, Deku; the vigilante that's been the biggest thorn in the Musutafu Police Department's collective ass for six, seven years.
That guy.Akatani Mikumo takes everything in his life with an entire jar of salt. It was something he learned pretty early on, namely when he accidentally became a vigilante at age eight. His life hasn't been smooth sailing, but he has a few positives: he's got one (1) entire friend, he torments the police with childish e-mails, and nobody's called him Izuku in years.
Until someone does, and he's offered a deal he literally can't refuse. But that's all for another day.

In Yokohama, the Armed Detective Agency had recently dealt with a case involving an American tourist by the name of Lissa Price, who had lost control of her Ability and hit an unknown amount of people with it. Decades later, Mustafa suffered a similar incident when UA was attacked by a Villain’s Quirk possessing the same power.
Ability/Quirk: Starters/Enders
The person afflicted with it would have their consciousness swapped with one of their future/past incarnations and/or descendants/ancestors. The respective powers of the individuals also carry over despite being in another body. However, exactly when the Ability/Quirk will take effect and how long it lasts is completely at random.
Hopefully, resolving the issue would go smoothly…
