Summary
Takes places after chapter 191 of the manga with a few changes to the story and follows along a different storyline where Touya (renamed Hinote here because it’s my fanfiction and I can do what I want) Todoroki is the villain Dabi and the Todoroki family realizes this and tries to deal with the reality of the situation. The story focuses on the dynamics between the various members of the Todoroki family and contains several flashbacks detailing important events from the Todorokis’ childhood that helped shape who they are today. The story also takes into account the events going on outside of the family and how those events affect them. Again this is a heavy family drama fiction with a few actions scenes here and there.

Tenya stared at the floor for a second before he replied.
"A childhood friend of All Might's heir, a barbarian"
"Are you speaking of the murmured king of dragons? ", Shouto questioned and he could feel his father glare at him.
"Percisely but I can assue you that he is not a real king, " the messenger replied.
"I am not going to plead for the aid of some savages that have done nothing but cause harm to our southern border", his father said.
Shouto didn't think that this was the right moment to point out that they had been the one's who invaded soil that wasn't theirs.
"Please think about it for a moment. Whoever they are they had been able to take All Might down like it was nothing. When they come for us we won't stand a chance, " the price said loudly.

All Might is gone and his empire has been burnt to the ground.
Shouto knows that his father has no interest in helping All Might’s citizens, but he barely has any time to worry about this and the implications his brother’s soulmark might have.
Soulmates are sacred, even in war, but that doesn’t mean that all they ever cause is good.

Breaking News: Todoroki Shouto has been killed by Dabi
Which Hawks knows to be untrue because Dabi was the person that brought a very injured teenager to his apartment to patch him up, the kid might also have a concussion and Dabi was acting weird and Keigo still didn’t know what had happened.
At least the media didn’t know it either because the person they claimed was dead was sleeping on his couch right now and the murderer was in the same apartment.
It also didn’t help that Endeavor was even worse than normally and there was an angry blond teenager trying to hunt the villain down and blow his head up for some reason. Hawks was stuck in his apartment with Shouto Todoroki and the man that wanted to see Endeavor dead more than anyone else in the world.
This wasn’t going to be normal week, oh and the League and the Hero commission were still both breathing down his neck.

“Did you catch him, Endeavor?” Izuku asks as he stares up, up, up at the behemoth of a man. Cold, blue eyes turn to him, his hard expression never changing. No one says anything for a moment.
“I will,” Endeavor says finally. “Someday, I will find that man.”
Izuku accepts the promise with a nod. He has no tears left and wouldn’t have squandered them on Midoriya Hisashi if he did, so he simply bows deeply to the hero.
“Thank you.”
“Don’t thank me, Izuku. It is my duty. He has disgraced the Todoroki clan for the last time. We will not allow this villain to sully our family name any further.”
Izuku straightens, confusion clear on his face.
“You don’t know why I am here, do you?” Endeavor asks, “Midoriya Hisashi was born Todoroki Hisashi, my younger brother. You are my nephew.”

The door shifted, vicious grating noise echoing through the stairwell, until finally, finally, the door gave way, heated metal flying from the frame. Shouto staggered, falling to his hands and knees, crying so hard he felt like throwing up. But he only stayed down for a second. Sucking in a last deep breath, Shouto heaved himself from the ground and ran, feet flying over the concrete, across the rooftop, until he skidded to a sharp, unsteady halt, his chest laboring, the asphalt of the Heights Alliance parking lot staring up at him from five stories below.
OR
Shouto Todoroki decides to take his own life by jumping off of the Heights Alliance roof, and everyone is left shattered in the aftermath. So, all the people in Shouto's life go out of their way to show him just how much he's loved.
