Summary
Priscilla Baggins has always wondered what life outside the Shire was like, but never dared to leave it. Living with her brother Bilbo in Bag End, she's content to live as an ordinary hobbit, baking and gardening and living simply. However, when a lone wizard's knock on the door one day leads to an entire party of dwarves on her hearth and a taste for adventure on her palette, Priscilla learns things about herself that she never thought was possible, and begins to wonder where her heart truly lies... particularly where a certain young dwarf is concerned.

Summary
One evening Bilbo's hot and grumpy neighbour shows up at his door with a request. It goes perfectly downhill.
—
"So, this is the neighbour," a handsome stranger muttered the moment Bilbo opened the door.
Bilbo stuttered and huffed, his chest puffed and his face the picture of indignation. "Excuse me," he began but then noticed that Frodo was right behind him.
"Frodo, lad, go play Minecraft for some time," Bilbo said through his teeth.
Frodo leaned forward and looked the stranger up and down gleefully. "Uncle is about to use the f-word," Frodo either warned or informed. Two boys behind the stranger giggled. "Come in, you don't want to hear it."
Before both adults could say a thing, the boys retired to the living room, leaving Bilbo and his neighbour (Now, who's the neighbour here?) glaring at each other.

Bilbo Baggins was a very respectable Hobbit but as a historian he loved tales and legends of old. Persuaded (manipulated) by Gandalf to go on a small adventure, he, his nephew and Frodo's friends end up following the Quest trail, the route of the legendary dwarf, Thorin Oakenshield’s doomed attempt to reclaim his home from the dragon. But all is not as it seemed and suddenly the Hobbits find themselves meeting people who shouldn’t even exist and squarely in the middle of much more adventure than they had intended.
All any Quest needs is a Hobbit after all.
