In honour of Helen McCrory who died today at far too young an age (ie, she was younger than me) and played Narcissa Malfoy in the films, I came up with this quick account of the accomplishments and death of Narcissa Black at the ripe age of 213, dying in 2168 because Ms McCrory was born in 1968.
I am very queer, trans, and polyamorous, so sorrynotsorry to people who prefer their HP character relationships straight and monogamous, like a certain author forced on all the characters.

He’s never necessarily grieved their relationship; it was their friendship that took a toll. It’s always been an aching wound in his chest. Sirius had been his best friend, closest confidant. And then he was gone, and Remus felt like someone ripped a couple of his ribs straight out of his chest.
