Summary
Whilst on a mission, John and Todd are attacked and stranded on a planet without a working stargate. Their only hope of escape comes in the form of Wraith from Todd's own alliance, who don't know of Todds "dealings" with humans. It's either be caught or, do what Todd does best and lie. One demonstration later and John finds himself on a Hive alongside his dubious companion. What was supposed to be a temporary stop soon becomes a journey into the vastness of the Pegasus Galaxy with no way to contact Atlantis and no way off the ship without being found out and risking not just death, but Todd's alliance itself. Desperate to get back to their respective homes, John and Todd must embark on a long and dangerous quest with no hope for survival except each other.
Across the Universe is the story of trust, acceptance, and love between two unlikely wayward adventurers. It seems that there certainly is a lot about each other that John and Todd don't know.
-Set in season five after "Search and Rescue" and before "The Queen" as an AU timeline.

Summary
Evan Lorne and Todd are on their way back to Atlantis after a secret mission they had to accomplish alone and without the help of other team members when their Jumper becomes severely damaged when it's hit by a solar flare right when they're going through a Spacegate.
Evan is injured but refuses to let Todd heal him, and when Todd manages to repair the hyper radio and set up a distress call, the ship coming to their rescue is the Hive of the Queen that claims that they intruded on her territory without permission.
The only way to convince her that they were allowed to do so by the old Wraith laws is to make her believe that Evan is actually John Sheppard and that they were on their way to a place where they wanted to perform the sacred Wraith mating ritual to become true mates for life. Believing Todd's lie the Queen agrees to bring them back to Atlantis if they will negotiate about an alliance with her after their safe return to the city, and Evan and Todd are confronted with the consequences of their false pretence because the Queen expects them to perform the mating ritual on board her Hive during their flight back to Atlantis now... -

Summary
Major Lorne's team has stumbled upon an ancient outpost with both Ancient and Wraith technology, and John Sheppard wants to explore it further, but he needs the help of a certain Wraith to do so because of the Wraith technology. Unfortunately, he and Todd haven't parted on the best terms after the incident with the Attero Device, so seeing each other so soon again after that will for sure be a pretty interesting matter...

Summary
There is blood in her mouth. It occurs to her that other than the pain in her leg, sensation is dulled. She might have a bleed, internal or otherwise. She will not be walking away from this place on the forest floor, and if she could, she has no idea how she got here or how far away from the Stargate she is. There’s a gaping hole in her memory from dinner onwards.
Dappled moonlight drifts down through the canopy. M9D-846 is more alien than most planets they have visited. The foliage here carries a purple tint, a magenta hue that permeates the grass and leaves and casts illusory shadows in the corner of the eyes despite the striking jewel tones of the forest. Even the curve of the sky is especially brilliant, a deep indigo at the height of the blazing sun. Rodney had impatiently explained the science of it when they stepped through the Stargate the first time. She had listened with one ear and both eyes turned to the result of whatever math he was rattling off, and Teyla had cast a wry smile from her place at Elizabeth’s shoulder.
When he’d finished, he’d said, with some amusement, that at least they finally came across a planet that didn’t vaguely resemble Canada.

Summary
Puddlejumpers had been in business for three long years. John had chosen a small town to work in because he wanted to be able to work at his own pace once he left the military. He was easy-going and he'd learned to like the smaller towns when he was travelling with his folks. His dad had been a colonel in the Air Force and they'd moved around a lot. It had given him an idea of what he wanted, the life he was interested in having, so he'd picked a little town within a couple hours drive of a major airport and let it go at that.
He hadn't expected competition.
It made sense, sure, that there was another florist at the place, and one in the town over, but there was competition and then there was competition, bitter, biting challenges and stealing customers. McKay's was a picky, haute couture sort of flower store, and his assistant was a huge burly man with dreadlocks and a glower that was worse than McKay's stare.
