Raleigh has signed up on intelligent computer operating system or "OS" for people who had been through traumatized experiences after his psychologist suggested him to do so.
He installed the program on his computer and his life is not the same again when he heard the voice from an OS
“Oi, I’m here.” “My name is Chuck. G’day, mate.”
Raleigh was a little amused by his OS thick Australian accent before he made a response.

A short originalish story inspired by my love for mecha in general (specifically Gundam Wing, Evangelion, Big O, and Xenogears) and by Microsoft, Adobe, many, many, many others, and how our current technological dystopia might prevent a far worse one, if Software As A Service and constant updating are indeed the future. Also, many thanks to the Fantasy Name Generator for helping inspire my character and place and mech names etc.

What really surprised her, though, was the most recent email she’d received. firstname.lastname@example.org had sent her an email called “Since you were curious…” that contained a single link. When Rey clicked it, it took her to a free online course called “Introduction to Machine Learning,” taught by a professor called Andrew Ng. He’d also emailed her a second time in a reply to his own email.
Happy to answer questions if you have any after you’ve worked through the course. It’s very much worth your time.
Huh, thought Rey. What the hell.
