There’s still got to be some muscle wrapping those bones, because the hold is strong, and solid, and Shouto isn’t sure he’d be able to escape without at least a little bit of a struggle even if he wanted to.
Which, he’s a little hesitant to admit, he doesn’t. He realizes he’s still standing there all dumbfounded and ridged, arms ramrod straight at his sides, hands curled into fists. He lets out a deep sigh, willing himself to relent, and the tension finally starts to dissipate, so he brings his arms up to return the gesture. Despite his best efforts to not seem so completely pitiful, he finds himself sagging almost defeatedly into the embrace… and he can’t help but press his face into All Might’s chest, hiding his eyes in the soft, loosely woven folds of his sweater.
For some absurd reason, his mind wanders then. He doesn’t know why, but now he’s hyper focused on the fact that the sweater actually fits All Might’s frame, as well as any heavy sweater should. It strikes him that All Might hasn’t really worn any oversized, baggy clothes in quite some time.

"Izuku took a deep breath while everyone started running. He took a second to clear his mind, and focused on his favorite quirks, the one he kept close.
Speed. Cooldown. Strength. Jump. Endurance. Resistance. Inertia. And his favorite, Air pressure.
He dashed towards the entrance."

They say opportunities come and go. Sometimes, people let opportunities pass, because they believe that that particular opportunity has no impact, no meaning to them. It will not impact their lives in any positive way, so they let it pass them by, and move on.
Sometimes, people let opportunities pass them by because they are complacent, or waited too long. By the time they act, it might be too late. The opportunity had long gone, leaving them with nothing but pain, regret, and self-loathing.
But sometimes, people want to catch onto an opportunity, but they aren’t able to. Perhaps it is beyond their abilities, or somebody else took it faster than they did. Who knows?
