Imagine that your boyfriend tells you that you no longer play a role in his life. Right after that you end up in hell. By mistake.

Summary
The meat of this work begins at the end of Chapter 15, because after mc/Amelia is sent back to the past to find out how Belphegor escaped, none of the previous chapters happened. She will remember them, because that used to be her timeline. Diavolo and Barbatos will remember what happened to them, because Barbatos will certainly have set things up that way - it was their plan all along to make this happen, as they knew Belphegor would be showing up way back in 12-C.
This is important because Amelia has spent time with Belphegor, learned the whole story behind why Belphie rebelled, why Lucifer was actually protecting him by locking him away, and has had a bit more reason to feel the beginning of some connectedness. It makes what happens next even more shocking to her.
I say this because it primes her to be more forgiving of this alternate Belphegor. But in this story, it’s going to take a little more time for that to happen. I hope you enjoy it.

Revolving around the inordinate question of life, there lies four realms of existence. Heaven, or the Celestial Realm, is the domain of the holy beings, the angels. Anagocia, or the Arcane Realm, is the veiled motherland of the mystic beings known as the fey. Earth, or the Mortal Realm, is the primary habitat of the humans, and a niche for a variety of subhuman species who deviate from their mortal ancestors and previous forms. Finally, there is Hell. The Demonic Realm is a dreary abode of an incomprehensible amount of demons and monsters.
Before Diavolo, the youngest child of the Demon King, can be crowned the next ruler of Hell, he must compete against his other siblings in their quest for power. Each of the four are desperate to take the reigns of control; all are willing to kill another, and their father is entertained to watch his own bloodline die in the process. Diavolo has other goals he must reach as well, however, including creating unity between all four realms of existence. With even more students than before, Diavolo will need all the help he can get from the seven brothers, and the more experienced students who were enrolled in the program previously.

One moment, y/n was relaxing under the covers in their bed, a fan blowing on them gently,the whirring all the calming in the background while they load up a game. The familiar chime of ‘obey me!’ along with the all too familiar background music, and they couldnt help but smile to themself. Nothing better than relaxing back for bed and listening to fictional demons chatter away and argue in such a charming faction. With a tap of the screen, and a simple blink, darkness overtook them,and quite the feeling of floating within the abyss.
“We welcome you,human, to the demon student council”
What?
One moment, they were preparing to sleep, the next, they were stood in a dark lit council room that wrapped their brain with familiarity for all the wrong reasons.
Safe to say, they weren’t home any longer.
